Nycole Naturals Shea Butter and African Black Soap products are high quality and fair trade but were lacking the level of brand identity to compete with similar brands. To this end we developed an identity consistent with the raw nature of their products and created brochures, business stationery, product labels and a website they are proud of.

Boasting the best African and Caribbean food in Indiana, Jiallo’s owner and chef, Mamadu Diallo, comes from a family tradition of cooks dating back to his grandfather in Guinea, Africa. After a couple years in business Jiallo’s wanted a brand their customers and the public could identify and experience beyond the great food, in preparation for near future expansion into other locations. The brand development was extensive and included logo design, a Flash website, ads, flyers, large magnetic food image displays, digital menu board, environmental signage and store cosmetics. The new brand was received with great enthusiasm and created much buzz around the city.

OVERVIEW

Bohumir Kryl was a Czech-American cornetist, recording pioneer, band leader and sculpture from the early 1900s. As a part of antique music history MAPS president Tim McCormick organized an historic event to highlight the contributions of this music pioneer. We were hired to design the promotional collateral which included print material and a Flash website featuring an audio sample of one of Kryl’s performances.
